Scott and Mercury 215 redid my very dated kitchen. Scott was always professional, accessible, knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns, questions and renovation ideas. Job was completed in an efficient manner and within projected dates. Scott was never too busy to answer questions and even come out to the job as early as 7:00 am to address the issues.

We have been so happy with Scott and Jimmy and their teams! We have had other contractors in the past and the difference is night and day -- Scott and Jimmy communicated with us every day and gave us an overall plan with dates at the beginning of the project. Every week, they would update us for the coming week so that we always knew who would be doing what and when. We never felt that we were forgotten while they work on other projects, as is so often the case with contractors. We never had any difficulty reaching either Scott or Jimmy with questions or to coordinate plans. They did our bathroom for this project and we will definitely only be using them for future projects.

We had a wonderful experience with Scott’s team for the remodeling of our powder room and full bathroom. Every step of the way, Scott communicated every detail and was extremely transparent. We appreciated that he joined us to shop for the bathroom materials and gave recommendations on what materials/color palette would work best. What a great experience from start to finish. Scott went through with us step by step in what was going on with our bathroom remodel. Going with him to pick out the tiles, and fixtures shows that he cares about each customer. The crews worked and made our tiny guest bathroom the best room in the house. My wife and I COULD NOT be happier with the experience of working with Scott and his team to redo our bathroom! Not only was Scott incredibly responsive and clear with all of his communication, he also followed through on everything, exactly as he said he would. He was incredibly involved in all stages of the process and would stop by to check in throughout AND ANY time we had any questions whatsoever. So, the actual experience was truly very enjoyable. We also could not be more pleased with the end result! The bathroom looks incredible and came out even better than we had hoped for! Lastly, I want to emphasize that the way that Scott gives out a bid on the project was extremely transparent and we felt much more comfortable with his quote process vs. the other contractors that we interviewed. Not only was it transparent, Scott's pricing seemed extremely fair and more than reasonable. I can say with 100% certainty that we will work with Scott and 215 Mercury for all of our future jobs. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to in this case because we just had an awesome overall experience. We can't recommend Scott highly enough!!!

Working with 215Mercury was a great experience. We discussed a hall bath remodel with 3 contractors and Scott provided a thorough, understandable and reasonable quotation. We are happy we went with him. Jimmy and his guys did an excellent job in a timely manner while accommodating some changes we threw at them midstream with no hesitations. Over 2 years later we needed some advise on replacing a storm and screen doors and Scott came right over. While they only did large jobs they made an exception since we were former clients and they took care of the doors for us. Highly recommended.

We had a kitchen remodel done 2 months ago and 215 Mercury did a wonderful job in transforming our dated dark space into the most open, bright, functional oasis in our house. From the very beginning, Scott was timely and professional and his quote was very reasonable. He was always willing to get back to us with clarifications and his own feedback as to what would work best with our kitchen space and our budget. I would highly recommended 215 Mercury for several reasons. After coming out to discuss my vision for my kitchen project, Scott was quick to provide a reasonable estimate, but his organization and details in the quote was like no other service I have used before. Scott , was receptive to my input and needs during the process and assisted me with selecting the cabinets and flooring which was extremely helpful. His input was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I truly valued his quick response when I needed to communicate with him or the project manager . I've used 215 Mercury for two projects now. Scott is an excellent communicator who stands behind his work and wants to make sure his counts are happy with the final outcome. He stayed on top of his guys and made sure the work was done exactly how we wanted. Had no issue sending guys back to fix little things when the house threw us some curve balls. We uncovered an old window during demolition and wanted to change the layout of the kitchen in the middle of the project. No issues there, either. Scott is great to work with.
