Do you work on partial upgrades or only on full remodels

We only focus on full remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms. Where we come in and demolish the entire room, haul away the trash and start from scratch. So, we do not do a-la-carte service, for instance, replacing showers, or just sinks or just a toilet or just installing new floors, instead we demolish the entire room and start at the beginning.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, 215Mercury is licensed and insured to perform remodeling. We carry liability, disability and worker’s compensation insurance. We believe that our clients should have trust and peace of mind when we are working in their homes.

Do you have references or a portfolio of your previous work?

Yes, we can provide references for our work. In fact, if you check out our website, you will find over 100 before-and-after photos of our previous projects. We are proud of the work we do and how satisfied our clients were when we finish their projects, that’s why we love showcasing our work.

How do I communicate with you?

What precautions will you take to avoid damaging my home?

Before we start with your remodel, we will cover all your floors and put plastic over the doorways to keep the dust contained in the work area. We also have a dedicated professional cleaning crew that comes on the last day of the project to clean the entire work area when the remodeling is complete.

Do you offer any warranty for the work that you do?

Yes, we provide a one-year workmanship guarantee. This means that in case something happens with your space that is specified in the contract and within our control, our team will come back and fix the issue at no additional charge.

Is debris disposal included in your quote?

Yes, debris disposal is included in our price. We demolish and haul away all the trash produced from the remodeling project.

Under what circumstances could the price you quote me go up?

We make sure to understand your project and write out a contract which could include a 3D design of the project so reduce any confusion and stay on the agreed upon price.

However, the price does change when the homeowner modifies the design or materials, after the projects begins. They also change when there are unforeseen occurrences. For example, after breaking the walls, we realize that there are pipes or wiring that is not up to code, or is is rotten wood and molds, or other obstructions in the way.

How long will the renovation take?

Our turnaround time is three to six weeks to complete the entire project. If, in case, there is a need to extend, again, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we make sure to tell the homeowner ahead of time so that they will be aware of the project schedule.
