Scott was very up front about everything, including the cost and the timeline. His estimate was quite reasonable and competitive and ended up accurate to the penny. His timeline was spot on. He responded to every communication - text, email, and phone calls promptly. He answered every question with patience and completeness. He also went out of his way to meet us at Floor & Decor to help us choose tiles!

Jimmy is a wonderful project manager. He kept us up to date every day with what phase of the project would be happening that day and who would be working in the bathroom that day. Again, excellent communication with the whole process. He and Scott really want you to be happy with the final product and it shows!

The craftsmanship of our new bathroom is top notch. Our 70 year old bathroom was gutted to the studs and the quality of new materials is very high. We are so happy with the beautiful tile work, and they even replaced a window for us.

When I called to get pricing and talk about the job, Scott- the owner arrived and he is super friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable about what was causing the leaks in my shower and how to fix them. Living in an older home build in the 19050's there were a lot of issues with the plumbing. I think any other contractor would have run out of there and not come back, but not 215Mercury. They fixed all the issues and my showers and plumbing are perfect. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. All masters at their craft. They were also very courteous and they were respectful of my home taking the time to do the job right and being tidy and cleaning up after themselves. The tile work and installation is gorgeous and I am now the owner of two bathrooms that look like they were on HGTV! The goal was to blow out a wall and make the kitchen larger and more open, install all new flooring and tile, repair drywall, put in recessed lighting, all new electric and to the electric box, new plumbing. Basically, replace everything, cabinets appliances etc. I can not express how phenomenal the process was. It took about 4.5 weeks, which is a very good time for complete demo and all new everything.

The contractors were on time, Scott, who over saw it was excellent and on top of everything. Communication with me was great through the whole process. He would let me know who and when someone was coming, what they would do each day. The cabinets and granite counter top, I can't say enough about the quality and attention to detail.

Therefore, I made a decision to not be a hypocrite and to share my experiences with others. With that being said, if you are in the market for a bathroom remodel, you must contact Scott Lee and 215 Mercury. Simply stated, their work is impeccable! In my situation, we have always had one contractor who did our work around the house. Our contractor is a family friend and has worked with us for over 17 years. Thus, when I learned he was not able or interested in gutting and remodeling one of our bathrooms, I was at a loss. So what did I do? Like any educated consumer who is about to spend a great deal of money, I began thoroughly researching kitchen and bathroom contracting outfits. Subsequently, I settled on three (3) potential contractors; however, what Scott Lee and 215 Mercury brought to the table, was experience, honesty, fair and reasonable pricing for labor, a commitment to guiding you through the remodeling process, and most importantly, character and dignity. In addition, once our job commenced, any additional costs (i.e. due to our old house, our plumbing that was hidden under the floor and running to the toilet, had to be replaced) were promptly communicated. Furthermore, Scott Lee went out of his way (as our work schedules were quite busy) to purchase our bathroom tile and flooring, sink countertop, tub, and the vanity. In one instance, he commuted to New Jersey then back to Pennsylvania because he wanted to ensure we had all the materials required for the job. That level of customer service is immeasurable and an outlier in this type of industry! Lastly, to bear witness from the beginning gut job to the finished product is so surreal! When I tell you that our bathroom could be featured on HGTV and on the New York show "Millionaire Listings," believe it! He took the time to understand our needs and gave us options on how to stay within our budget. My wife wanted an infinity drain and I was very concerned that if not properly installed we could have major problems. Scott and his team took thier time to ensure everything was properly installed and we just can't be happier with the results. The customer service representative who scheduled the initial estimate was very pleasant and set up a quick appointment. Scott is the owner and came out right away. He was very detailed and wrote everything down and took lots of pictures. We got multiple estimates, but 215 Mercury was not only one of the better rates, they could also start the work almost immediately (in March, others were giving start dates of August at the earliest). We had a lot of initial communication with Scott about ideas/advice and met with the project manager, Jimmy prior to construction. Jimmy was not only very professional, but very friendly and answered all of our questions. Jimmy did almost all of the work himself and his experience and skill are top quality. The tiling crew and demo crew were also very polite and professional. Scott's start-to-finish time estimate was spot on due to the hard work of Jimmy and the 215 Mercury team. They turned our old outdated bathroom to a nice modern bathroom with a speaker fan and heated bidet toilet seat.
